Original painting/Pier reflections

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

This mixed media painting of pier reflections is at Stromness pier. Within the painting you can see the different colours of the large stones in the pier, an old ladder, fishermen's buoys and a golden gull covered with gold leaf. I have used a lot of collage to create a multi layered affect in this picture.  The painting is on a thick canvas board which has been mounted on to a cream mountboard and framed/glazed with a 30mm wide box wood moulding. Overall size is 510X410mm.
