I just wanted to say that the mixed media "Swallows" painting arrived just fine today here in Maine. It is larger than I imagined (no problem) and the colors are as I expected- very well done and strong. I shall enjoy gazing at it.

Hello Jane,  Just wanted you to know  how much I am enjoying my picture.  it was waiting for me when I arrived home from my holiday in Scotland.  I was very pleased to have met both you and your sister at the store during my tour. 
I have tried the print in several different placed on my home but I think her over the fireplace is the best!

Just to let you know my order arrived safely today. It is a beautiful painting which I plan to give to my sister & brother in law for their forthcoming 50th Wedding Anniversary .
We stayed in Stromness for a few days last month but unfortunately didn’t manage a visit to your studio.
We have visited Happy Valley a few times on our trips to Orkney & it never fails to impress.. . a truly wonderful spot.
