This watercolour of the smithy was painted in 1980, I was 22yrs old, it formed part of my portfolio application for college in London.

My archive gallery consists of a selection of some of my work from the years 1985 through to the present day. Shorelines gallery/Jane Glue actually opened in 1987 but I graduated from my Illustration and design course in 1985.

2012 will be 25years since I started Shorelines Gallery/Jane Glue in the back of my sisters shop. I feel Ive been very lucky to have been able to make a living from my art over the past 25 years although its been lots of hard work! I wouldnt ever stop painting even if I didnt have the gallery. Its just something I cant live without doing! so hope you enjoy seeing these paintings past and present.
