I have just received my table mats and am absolutely delighted with them. We had a 3 week holiday on the Orkney Islands a few years ago with our bikes and a tent and these mats will give us a constant reminder of a very happy trip. I was looking for a new set that had a difference and these fit the bill perfectly. It is very difficult to find something not plain. Thank you.

Just a quick email this evening to let you know that your parcel arrived today in Cape Town and has caused quite a stir I have to say. I am amazed at the speed of it all; I thought it might take another week or so to arrive.
Lisa is over the moon with them it would seem; she emailed me this evening and simply loves them and I quote:- "and they are SO beautiful! I really love her rich, elemental colours and the way she distills shapes and forms down to simple essences... just lovely!"; so there you are. I am personally really happy she likes them so much (although not particularly surprised I have to say) and I'd just like to thank you again for everything you did for us recently; it is very much appreciated believe me! I believe she has already chosen a place for them in her lovely warm cosy lounge area with a toasty stove so there we are. Just wanted you to know that!
I should also tell you that Alan was "wowed" by your "Abandoned Herring Station Window" which I got him for his birthday; it's the sort of painting I think that you see more and more in each time you look at it. We haven't as yet got our new ones "up" but that will come some quiet weekend in the near future. Looking forward to seeing them all up - specially my Secret Doorway.

All absolutely perfect.Took me ages to unwrap the parcel but everything there and in mint condition. The 'Golden Moth' is really beautiful and much better than I had remembered it. Love all the others as well. The print of John Rae's House at Clestrain looks so much better than the picture on the net I was amazed!

Yesterday I have picked up a very well packaged Ring of Brodgar print at the post office, which has arrived in perfect condition! Thank you very much for putting so much effort in wrapping it - it must have taken you considerable more time to wrap it than it took me to open it up. It is a wonderful picture which I will get a special place in my study! I am sure we will meet again next when we visit Orkney. Thanks again for putting so much effort in getting it safely to me.

Dear Jane,
This is just to let you know that your print arrived today in perfect condition, despite the outside of the parcel being soaked in a howling gale at this end. You certainly know how to wrap things and your delivery record is still perfect.

Just to say that the parcel did arrive before Christmas so thank you for taking the trouble to send first class. I had spent a lot of time scouring the web for placemats for my sister and found the majority were traditional, boring or poor quality. I was really pleased with the uniqueness of your mats which were perfect and also very impressed with the quality, they should last a long time.
May well be back in January for some more for ourselves. (Calendars were also very popular)

I was as excited as a child opening gifts at Christmas when I received the print of Wild Cotton a hour ago. I have been anticipating its arrival this week and thrilled when the postman delivered it to my door.
I just love it and can hardly wait to have it matted and framed. It will hang in our dining room along with a few framed copies of your note cards of Stromness, Poppies and On the Way to the Brough.
Your art gives life, movement and mood, to our wonderful memories of The Orkneys. thank you.

Just to say many thanks - the parcel arrived safely! I had bought a couple of mats when we were visiting your gallery in August and we had so many arguments about who had the puffin and who had the cheap old ikea mat that I decided we all needed one!
They remind us of our lovely holiday - although I'm sure it's now darker with you than it is with us .. although Glasgow doesn't seem to get light some days!
I also bought some coasters for my stepmother for Christmas. I'd sent her one of your cards for her birthday a couple of months ago and she was absolutely delighted - she visited your gallery in its early days and said that the card brought both the holiday memories flooding back and her memories of your lovely paintings!
Anyway - hope things are going well and we'll no doubt drop in next year - decided to try a week on Westray and a week in Stromness. Our children are 12, 9 and 5 so Orkney holidays are just perfect!

Hi Jane - just to let you know that I have received the print of Oyster Catchers today (Fri) and wanted to tell you know how delighted I am with it.
I am due to open my B&B very soon, and if you would like to send me two of the cards like the one you enclosed with the print I will place one in each of my rooms.
The Oyster Catchers will be hung on the wall in the hall where guests will see it.
My partner has visited Orkney once and we hope to find time to visit together - even if its only a day trip from Inverness!
Your prints are inspiring and I dare say I'll be ordering from you again.
